	Zukin mitt making party!
	These mitts are so popular that I'm putting on a workshop in Meadow Lake to teach you how to make your own! They are so warm and cozy and make great gifts! Come and join us on February 15 from 7-9pm to learn how to make Zukin mitts! The workshop includes materials (3-ply lopi yarn 70% alpaca-30%merino, 10mm crochet hook, pattern and some extra treats) and two nights to work on your project. 	Craft Sale November 26, 2011
	Flying G Alpacas will have a table at the Holly Berry Craft Sale in Meadow Lake, SK on November 26, 2011. I'll have yarns, hand made items, alpaca socks, sweaters, rugs, scarves, hats and lots of other alpaca goodies! It's a great time to do your Christmas shopping! Doors open at 10am, you'll want to get there early!

	Hand dyed yarns drying on the line
	I've taken advantage of the warm fall weather and done quite a bit of yarn dying. Lots of lopi yarns are now available in pinks, purples, rusts, greens and blues. 	In the ribbons at Lloydminster Alpaca Showcase!
	What a great weekend we had at the 10th Anniversary of the Lloydminster Alpaca Showcase! My black boys had a great showing! Kohl (Flying G Black Diamond) took third place in his black halter class! The judge commented on the quality of his confirmation and fleece! Kohl went on to take another third place in the black fleece class too! Mike (Flying G Micro Dot) placed ahead of Kohl in the black fleece class, taking second place. Well done boys! Not to be outdone by the boys, my brown girl Java (Flying G Java TLM) took second place in her fleece class. Good work Java!

	10th Annual Lloydminster Alpaca Showcase
	This is the 10th anniversary for the Lloydminster Alpaca Showcase! Held in Lloydminster each year, the show includes both a halter and fleece show. I'll have several of the Flying G Alpaca herd there in the fleece and halter shows. Drop by and meet them!
